This Level 3 course explores the legal and regulatory framework governing healthcare delivery in England. Across ten modules learners study the NHS legal and constitutional framework, regulation and inspection, patient rights and consent, data protection, employment law, safeguarding, health and safety, commissioning and procurement, mental health law, and the intersection of ethics, law and healthcare policy. A 60-question Final Assessment concludes the course. Pass mark: 70%.
